Expert Wound Care
That Comes to You

Our mobile providers bring expert wound evaluation and treatment to patients across Southeast Louisiana, wherever they live, in partnership with families, caregivers, and care teams.

Our Approach

We treat the whole person, not just the wound.

Our mission is to bring trusted providers and exceptional wound care directly to patients. We aim to understand each patient’s health, needs, and goals, addressing the factors that affect healing. Through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and close collaboration with patients, families, and their healthcare teams, we work to promote healing and improve quality of life.

Mobile Care

Our providers travel to patients in private homes, assisted living, and long-term care settings, sparing them the strain of transport and waiting rooms.

Treatment

Nutrition, mobility, circulation, and chronic conditions all affect healing. We consider each one in every treatment plan.

Connected Care

We coordinate with primary care providers, specialists, facility and home health nurses, and caregivers so everyone works from the same plan.

If a wound isn't healing properly, we can help.

Our providers evaluate and manage a wide range of chronic and complex wounds, including:

  • Diabetic foot ulcers: sores on the feet that can develop with diabetes

  • Pressure injuries: also called bedsores, caused by staying in one position too long

  • Venous leg ulcers: wounds on the lower legs caused by poor blood flow back to the heart

  • Arterial ulcers: wounds caused by reduced blood flow to the legs and feet
  • Surgical wounds: incisions that are slow to heal or have opened

  • Skin tears and injuries: fragile skin wounds common in older adults

  • Other non-healing wounds: any wound that hasn’t improved in two to four weeks
